Members might remember the earlier thread of mine on my unsatisfactory expereince with EE/T-mobile; when I had data services appearing on my bill although I had disconnected this service; also telephone charges and text messages not made by me.When I called at their local shop in Rhyl and spoke to their customer services section, I was told that I was using a SIM card that had expired in 2009!!!!!! Any way after I played the merry devil with their head office staff, I was compensated with £100.00 on my promise not to take this further to the Regulator and to BBC's Watchdog.
Since I won't be using EE/T-Mobile again, I agreed to that. I am now with O2 and no problems at all.
