EE/T-Mobile- Battle won.

Members might remember the earlier thread of mine on my unsatisfactory expereince with EE/T-mobile; when I had data services appearing on my bill although I had disconnected this service; also telephone charges and text messages not made by me.When I called at their local shop in Rhyl and spoke to their customer services section, I was told that I was using a SIM card that had expired in 2009!!!!!! Any way after I played the merry devil with their head office staff, I was compensated with £100.00 on my promise not to take this further to the Regulator and to BBC's Watchdog.

Since I won't be using EE/T-Mobile again, I agreed to that. I am now with O2 and no problems at all.

Thanks Peter and James. I am a small man but have always believed in fighting for Justice and fair play; it also shows that it is worth fighting for what you believe in.

Thank you Raj and Bill for looking at my post. I sincerely hope that more members and indeed members of the wider public make it a point to fight for their rights without allowing the big boys i.e the bully boys to get away. I posted this to show that we, small fry, can fight the good fight and WIN!

P.S I must also mention that I have told EE/T-Mobile that they have to get their act "right" vis a vis their customer services staff and their various shops not only in Rhyl but right across the country. I have also mentioned that their correspondece address need to be looked into as several letters sent by me since 26th June inc a recorded delivery letter was never received at their given address. I received e-mails stating that they have not got my letters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
