I don't eat jaffa cakes so can't make judgement on cake or biscuit - but the definition is - if it goes soft when stale then it is a biscuit - if it goes hard when stale then it is cake!
So - is it a cake or a biscuit?

oh come on jaffa cakes, are we taken pre 1970's or the new version with the SMALLEST bit of orange middle EVER

I only know the post 70s one wasn't born till 77 I can demolish a pack with a cup of tea though

you should head to your local Tesco's I'm sure they will still have some pre 70's on the shelf
