    Hi Guys & Bo

I'm looking at trying to get back into the flow and probably slowly move forward... Thank you for all the very kind comments and private messages I've had from friends here, its been very appreciated...

I've still got loads of paperwork to sort, after all it is Spain !! and with our business as well all that needs sorting out which accountants and layers and working through

I'm also selling up, its something julia & I were planning on doing in 10 yrs as this house is 7 bedrooms plus an apartment and for 2 it was big, but for one its just silly, so hopefully going on the market next week - I've already seen something I'm interested in and its just a shell right now as the builder ran out of money which means once I get quotes from builders I can have the house finished how I want ...but thats still early days and may change tomorrow when I look at other houses

Its hard being here alone as everyone has gone now and nites are really crappy, but I know time, I just need to give it some, but hopefully fingers crossed and I get a this place sold I can start moving forward..

I think one of the hard times will come when I start planning and going away for trips as we always did this and enjoyed it as a team, so thats going to be odd ...

So you'll start seeing me around a tad more and look forward to enjoying all the banter between us

    thanks guys ( and Bo)

Really good to have you back mate. I cannot image what you have been through these last few weeks. You won't agree right now, but time does heal certain things.

Are you planning on moving back to Blighty or a different place out there? If you do move here, I can show you how you can improve as a tog lol.

thanks Alan, its something I never dreamed would happen as I was sure being older and a lot less fit it would be me and I had everything in place for her - Nope staying put I have good friends here plus I do love the Spanish lifestyle, anyways the house I'm thinking off still will have 3 spare rooms for when you finally get you and the Mrs over

I am so glad to read you here. I know time is a healer, but goodness there are still times when you miss your loved ones - and that is good.

Good luck with your plans now.

Meantime, I read this recently, and thought of you: 'When at heart you should be sad, pondering the joys we had, listen and keep very still. If the lowing from the hill or the tolling of a bell do not serve to break the spell. Listen: you may be allowed to hear my laughter from a cloud.' Sir Walter Raleigh

          All the very best Ian.

I certainly feel for you. It's great you have some good friends close by at this difficult time.

The future is probably something you're not wanting to think about at the moment. Hopefully the good memories and friends will help to see you through to a new chapter in your life.

thanks Ant, yep loads of great friends and lots of invites for meals

I really don't know how the future is going to map out and I think little steps getting out is the best way - memories are still hurting and look forward to a time when I can think her name and smile rather than getting upset ....just need a FF button, fed up feeling crappy and dead inside, but I know time ....

                cheers Ant
