What decade was/is your favourite Music from?

    Mine was the 1980’s!

The 1960's although I was not in this country much (serving with various Royal Marine Commando units abroad) the music was great. To this day when I hear songs and music from that time it brings back so many memories of the BBC Forces Network, having request played from those at home --- Great Times, Happy Days

      The 60's.

During the 50's it was every boys ambition to be just like his Dad .......... same clothes, short back and sides, same music, smoke a pipe etc. Then came the 60's and the floodgates opened and the opportunities were boundless and the music just amazing.

      Fondest memory: The Pill.

      Biggest regret: Tights.

The 1970s, I saw many of the top bands live, Showaddywaddy, Mud, Tremeloes, Glitter band, Rubettes, Alvin Stardust, Suzi Quatro, Cozy Powell, Marmalade, 10CC, Blackfoot Sue, Brotherhood Of Man, Drifters, Hello, Kenny, Hollies, Hot Chocolate, Ian Dury And The Blockheads, Judge Dread, Leo Sayer and many more.
I also have a vast music collection of over 10,000 singles. I was also a DJ from the late 1970s to about 10 years ago.
I do like music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and modern day.

Late 60's into 70's for me as well, especially blues based rock.
I think the responses so far indicate what I suspect we all knew anyway......that the majority of us have reached a certain vintage.

Like Trev, the WIFE is telling me the teenage section, but only my brain, the body doesn’t seem to understand that bit.
