    Re: Time Tunnel

I only know about the show from repeats

I did consider this in B&W but I liked the blue sky coming into the image - but cheers for the feedback and suggestion, always appreciated

      Re: Time Tunnel

Just seen this..... Sitting in an airport lounge in Paris.

Not wrong with it but sometime I do an infinite corridor shot..... And I love them..... But I get the feeling they need something.

A dead dog, a people, a can of coke, something!!!!!

Is this the missing factor? There's an interesting building outside on the left but it's not involved in the image enough......

      Just MHO!
Canon EOS R5, R6 plus the usual suspects ......

Got to say I think the B&W option looks stronger to me.

          Re: Time Tunnel

The mono version has a nice fifties sci-fi feel to it so deserves an extra

          Cheers,

              Re: Time Tunnel

The only element that bothers me is the tarnished glass/plastic roof to the left side. Although the hint of a spire showing through is a nice touch. The PoV and perspective really appeals to me. Crop looks fine but not seen the OOC of course.
Keep posting mate, comfort zones are there to be stepped out of!! Although I won't mentioned my recent bird postings

                Re: Time Tunnel

this is quite similar to the poplar DLR bridge I posted earlier in the year - the framing and colour work well but like the DLR it cries out for the mono treatment

                      Re: Time Tunnel

My first thought was no - too bright! On further consideration though I realised this is far more effective than going for the grungy treatment. By opting for high key you've eliminated pretty much all the fine, and TBH, fussy detail making the tunnel itself really stand out in all it's graphic glory.

                      Definitely a image now...
