A very pretty little church with some stunning and beautifully lit interior shots

As much as I like the look of real wood it can be a bit too dark, 'heavy' and oppressive at times so the use of paint here really lifts it giving a very modern appearance - indeed, I had a double take as I thought it may have been an image of a Grand Designs high-end kitchen rather than the still functioning church it is.

yes it is a bit different and the light colours go well with the overall style of the church with the whitewashed effect

A good set, particularly the interior scenes.

Not often you find a church with a painted interior - that all rather went out with Mr Cromwell and his cronies - which is a shame as they really do feel so much more welcoming than the usual dark and dingy halls...
