Further update.
Due to being away for a few days and some terrible weather not visited the site since last post 10 days ago.
Was quite determined to go this morning unless pouring down. Luck was with me and we have nice sunny morning today.
As you might expect the young have changed quite a lot in these few days with a lot of adult plumage now in evidence.

However, as some of you might have noticed there are now only 4 young. No idea what happened to the other one it could be any number of reasons. Remaining 4 look strong so hopefully all will fledge.
While I was there the young suddenly dived to the back of the nest and huddled together. Initially I couldn't see any reason for this but moments later both adults were harassing one of the local herons that was passing by. Unfortunately below tree level so no image of this pursuit.
