Got my new MKIII last night.
Thankfully battery same as MKII so was able to play straight away.
Although there are a lot more features to this camera I was able to navigate features quickly and easily.
took few test shots in room light to see how iso would perform.
1st shot of random object with my canon 5d mark iii, testing out low light performance, this was shot, f5.6 iso 6400, handheld with my 70-200 f2.8 is, no processing, straight out of camera
another shot with mkiii from lit living room into dark hall, iso12800 f2.8 1/100 sec handheld
going out tomorrow with tripod to try out a few landscape shots up at the hermitage.
was out today but conditions were a bit flat, however 100% crop of images I took showed much more detail at 100% than my mkII.
and 100% crop
just quick handheld shot of view through framing of bridge, looking forward to trying out properly with tripod tomorrow
