    I think Adobe were probably stung by the criticism from amateurs about the initial pricing structure, and then worked out they could make a very tidy sum by this scheme, getting people to use the real thing rather than a pirated copy. If true, I think it's unlikely they'll make the mistake of overpricing it in future - it's too good an income stream to jeopardise by short-term greed.
    Yep agree perhaps I should have said I like to have the media. Probably old and set in my ways.

    Wonder what position is if you decide not to carry on subscribing? Presumably SW you have carries on working? No updates?

      I slept on it for several weeks... then jumped in. A lot of work to get up to speed with PS, but the video tutorials are great.

        I did the deed while ago and so far so good. Don't know if its just something I'm imagining but PS CC seems to load and function faster than the version I had as part of CS5.
