    Not at all I love it when people give me their thoughts on how to change / improve an image and I have actually changed a copy picture as suggested, it is not as it came out of the camera but is very effective. Thanks for the idea

        Thanks Colin, I believe that this was his first venture into this and was party to raise awareness and funds for the great work the restoration team are doing at the Stow Maries aerodrome. It is also one of the main areas that he uses for his hare shots which may also have a bearing on things but it was still a very good day and well organised and run.

          They are superb, and as everyone else has said the sepia effect really suits the subject matter.

          What speed were you using on the flying shots?

            Thanks Paul, for most of the old timers I was using a max of 1/250 but for the stunt plane I upped this to between 1/320 - 1/1000 the fast shutter sped being used when the plane was in a steep power dive heading directly at me.
