You have inspired me to have a go. I have been slightly disappointed with my 100-400 Mkii, so I think this is definitely worth a go!

Its worth giving it a try if your not 100% happy with your results.It certainly gave my 400 a little more sharpness.

Hi Paul
Sorry for late reply I've been away.
Its best if you have a laptop as i had to do the 400 outside.
You need to fill the frame as best you can with the target you print off (A4 sheet) so your not to far away approx 10/12 feet!
I had the laptop on a small table/ camera and lens on a tripod with usb cable attached/ and the target just stuck to the garden fence(with blu- tack)
