Hello everyone,
Hoping someone can share some insight with how to solve this. Apparently I was not as naughty as i thought i was, since I was given a new camera body for Christmas. I currently have my 17-40mm 1:4 L series wide angle lens on the camera body. This is my first full frame camera and when I zoom to 17 to 19mm, there is an awful and very pronounced vignette. The lens is registered to the camera, all the lens correction settings that I could find are turned on.
I am aware this is related to how the angle of the light hits the sensor, wondering if there is any way to remove the vignette so I can gain those 3 extra mm's?
Kind regards,
Kevin
